Syre is now looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team and to be an important strategic partner to the organization. You will be a pivotal part of the company and its mission, providing legal advice to all key functions and working on commercial agreements, M&A and more. Being part of our small and focused legal team, you will also get the opportunity to build processes and ways of working from scratch.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements from A to Z with clients from the apparel-, interior-, and automotive industry
• Collaborating closely with our global commercial team to close long-term offtake agreements across all segments
• Provide strategic legal guidance to the organization at large, when needed

We would prefer if you

• A Degree of Master of Laws
• At least 5-7 years of experience from a law firm and in-house legal department, ideally in a global and fast-paced setting
• Experience from an international scale-up environment and textile industry is a strong plus
• Strong experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Fluent in English both orally and in writing (professional English required)

You will be reporting to the General Counsel and should be located in Stockholm, Sweden.
